That's the scientific name of "Carnivorous plant" (meat-eating or flies-catcher). Last saturday I was at the Aracena's market and I bought this wondeful and exotic plant. In the past I had a "bonsai" but it dried snif, snif. Now I need a lot of flies for it. I'm willing to pay 1€/100 flies

Fun Aerospacial Technology

Today Pedro and I were at the University of Huelva with six students. We showed some experiments to the public. We received visits of several Institutes from Huelva. The experiment that people most liked was the rocket launch.

Amanita Cesarea

The queen of mushrooms: Last Saturday I went out with some friends at the Sierra of Aracena. We were in a lovely town called Almonaster la Real. Our goal was to find Amanita Cesarea (a highly prized mushroom). The day was rainy and cold but that did not matter. In a cork oak forest we found a treasure. There were hundreds of beautiful specimens. They are orange-red. We caught almost 10 kg (and the marketprice now is about 36€/kg). In Huelva the Amanita is known as TANA. It is really a very nice and very tasty mushroom.
